THIS GUY IS ALL ABOUT HIMSELF.....IN TERRIBLE PAIN I CALLED HIM LATE NIGHT "ON-CALL" AND HE SAID NOT TO CALL HIM 4/TIMES BECAUSE HE HAD NOT HAD ANY SLEEP IN 3/DAYS (THAT'S NOT PAINFUL) SAID I WAS NEEDY. PERFORMED "URETEROSCOPY" ON ME (10 JULY 2019) BECAUSE MY DR. SANDERS WAS NOT AVAILABLE AS SOON. Very poor experience. They just care about what is in your pocket. Poor explanation and non-friendly environment. Will not go back again, even if he is the last doctor left in Virginia.

I highly recommend Dr. Lasater. This was my first time meeting him. I was a bit nervous going into this appointment. Dr.'s easy banter and humor put me completely at ease. He has a great personality. He was so thorough, explaining everything to me. He gave me treatment tips and explained it all in simple and easy to understand terms.

I had a kidney stone and he did a cystoscope procedure to remove it. I had a pelvic sling placed a couple of years before the kidney stone treatment. Dr. Lasater destroyed the entire sling. I was in pain from the damage he did for weeks after the kidney stone was removed. I was also passing blood from the damage. I had a second stone that was treated with lithotripsy. Before the procedure he came in to see me and started screaming at me because I was out of work for weeks. Do not ever use him!

Dr. Lasater may be knowledgeable,but is transferred to me as don't feel free to ask questions about what I just told you. He's not my doctor, but my husbands, who's 88, hard of hearing, and has cancer; it's important to me that I'm able to communicate with his dr. Last wk I sat with my husband the entire visit and towards the end of the visit, Dr. Lasater turned to me and said, And how are you. I had purposely waited to see if he would recognize my presence. His answering service is a joke.
