BE CAREFUL Chermain Scales was property manager when I stayed there. I believe she went in my apartment multiple times. She was in possession of my personal information stolen from my house and even shredded some of my rent receipts. Raised my rent every chance she got. I’ve been moved out 2 years she called me a couple months ago asking for my address to supposedly send my deposit from when I lived there. She never sent it. Manager made my husband and I homeless.saying our apartment was ready when it was not The manager refused to show any other apartments. This is some photos of the apartment that the manager said was ready. My husband and I have not got no help from the housing authority.
