Always beautiful plants and flower arrangements that last a very long time! Wonderful customer service as well!
The flowers and service here are absolutely wonderful. The LaSalle staff has been bringing a smile to my Mom's face for the past year and a half as she deals with breast cancer, chemotherapy, and isolating due to covid. I can't tell you how much it means to me and my family! We also love that LaSalle has bird of paradise flowers that they grow themselves. I can't even begin to explain how happy I am with the bouquets I ordered from LaSalle! I grew up in NH, but live in MI now, and my parents live in North western MA. So I found LaSalle by luck alone. My dad was pretty much rushed into major surgery in Springfield and my mom has been dealing with everything on her own. when I realized I didn't want to buy flowers through the hospital gift shop I found LaSalle after a short search. I recently worked with Lasalle Florists for the first time, and after this experience they have gained a client. I reached out to them in a panic as my flower order for my grandmothers funeral had been cancelled and it was the day of that I found out. I called asking if they thought what I wanted was possible. They were upfront with me that on that day their inventory wasn’t fully stocked since they grow a large portion of it but they’d be able to get me something and be able to deliver in my quickly approaching deadline.
