I have had on and off ear pain for almost a year and had seen several doctors who told me everything was normal. I first saw Lindsay who was great, and diagnosed the problem correctly. I returned to see Dr Lasak with more concerns and questions. Dr Lasak spent a lot of time with me listening to my concerns and gave me more info on what was going on with my ear and why. He was very kind and helpful.
I’m completely surprised by his low stars. I was referred to Dr. Lasak for a possible second opinion. I was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia but have a long history of ear infections and was hoping it would be something more simple. I wished so deeply it would be an issue with my ear and not TN. He agreed with my neurologist it was not an ear issue. I cried like a two year old to a point I should be Embarrassed! I was being completely hysterical and he was so patient.
