I took my sister to this doctor and she is disabled and he already knew she came in 2 weeks ago and knew her case, So a simple phone call would have been ok instead of making her come back in and wait over 2 hours to tell her there was nothing he can do. I told him he shouldn't make patients wait that long and he said he sometimes has emergency's, I told him if that was the case all patients in the waiting room should be made aware of this!!
