My experience with Dr. Shamiya and staff has been outstanding. Dr. Shamiya takes time to explain the issue and for me, properly diagnose what a different sleep center could not. The front office staff are phenomenal. Litzy helped with my CPAP set up and adjustments; all calls have been answered or returned promptly.

Over charging claiming it is the insurance copay when it is not, after double checking my benefits. Not providing insurance cost estimates, just making broad claims that max out my deductibles,( which my insurance estimates also say most of the procedures are fully covered). require payment to set future appointments without the EOB first. This Doctor is odd. He changed my cpap pressure for no reason to the maximum. I was on the same pressure for 7 years and Dr. Genius decided to change it and cause me more PTSD pain. Thanks. It is at the highest level possible.It is so uncomfortable that I can’t fall asleep and my nose hurts from too much air pressure. I told them twice to fix it . Thanks to my primary provider’s referral, I am sleeping better due to Dr Shamiya and his team, J. Wells PA-C, Litzy, Sujey, Julie and the rest(helpful when I had questions over the phone). I’ve been absolutely delighted with their services since my first appt/consultation(5/16/23). Dr Shamiya/J Wells, both have been extremely patient in answering all my health questions and concerns. Disgusting beds. Claims they clean the sheets "everyday". It looked more like every 2 months. And they sleep 3 patients a night, 7 days a week. Wish they wouldn't had lied to me when it's clear from all the multiple strands of hair and horrible body oder coming from the pillow. They don't really care they just rush to get you a machine. Typical doctors these days. Why am I not surprised.
