I have been coming to this shipping center for quite sometime which is close to my home in Spring Valley. I was in need of shipping out an international package. I was so happy to find that I could order Amazon and pick up my packages on my way home offering more peace of mind when ordering from Amazon. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY!!! I called a week before visiting Las Vegas to see if they could accept and hold a package for me as I was in town for a wedding. The person on the phone confirmed this was possible. I've done this many times at home with no issues. The day my package was delivered, I got a notification and left immediately and was at their store within 45 minutes of my delivery alert. I am writing as a repeat customer and a resident of Spanish Trails, located just across the street from your Shipping Center, to express my deep disappointment and outrage over an encounter on 6/19/24 with an employee who claimed to be the manager. On January 27th, I had my boyfriend walk in to see how much it would cost to ship a keyboard piano to Nebraska. We gave them the measurements and the zip code to help get a more accurate quote. But even with all that information, the lady who helped him said that she needed to check with the manager and that the manager wouldn’t be in till Monday.
