I have been coming to this shipping center for quite sometime which is close to my home in Spring Valley. I was in need of shipping out an international package. I was so happy to find that I could order Amazon and pick up my packages on my way home offering more peace of mind when ordering from Amazon. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am writing as a repeat customer and a resident of Spanish Trails, located just across the street from your Shipping Center, to express my deep disappointment and outrage over an encounter on 6/19/24 with an employee who claimed to be the manager. Upon entering to mail an important document, I was met with extreme rudeness and condescension. The employee went as far as to tell me to "get out" and refused to provide service. DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY!!! I called a week before visiting Las Vegas to see if they could accept and hold a package for me as I was in town for a wedding. The person on the phone confirmed this was possible. I've done this many times at home with no issues. The day my package was delivered, I got a notification and left immediately and was at their store within 45 minutes of my delivery alert. Not a fan been with them too long. Tired of paying for early deliveries and getting notifications that they aren't there in the posted opening and closing times. With the new ownership the current attendant tends to be rude with attitude and no form of customers service training. Will not be entertaining her attitude any longer. Multiple times I've received notifications from carriers of delivery but no notes from attendant of our packages arriving.
