Nubar and his crew was responsive, professional and thorough in the management of a water issue in our house. He handled the home insurance claim completely and our terrible and overwhelming situation turned into a manageable process that was managed by someone skilled at navigating insurance claims. Had an emergency the night we moved into a home we just purchased, we are so lucky that Nubar and his Mitigation company was close by to help as soon as the plumber saw the damage. Quick, efficient, and pretty much held my hand every step of the way, answered all my questions no matter how redundant. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do I'm glad I know exactly who to call.

When a leak was found in my bathroom they came out within an hour of being called and assessed the damage. They immediately began the remediation process and completed it quickly with minimal inconvenience.
