We rented a unit managed by Las Vegas Realty for a year. Even though the unit had its issues, Charles was extremely accommodating and diligent in solving all the maintanance requests. Always attentive to any problem that would arise in the unit. We would definitely rent from them again.
***AVOID THESE SCAMMERS*** I called Las Vegas Realty, Joan Chung, the ‘property manager’, to verify that there were no applications or pending applications in any manner before we submitted our application for a rental property on Aspen Glow Dr ( I am mentioning the street name just in case someone else was swindled as we were!). I was told there were none and to go ahead and submit it.
