The staff was great. The waiting room was way too small. They need a newer, updated and larger facility. If you’re going there for an MRI, it is outside in the parking lot in a very small outdated trailer. The accommodations were awful. You only have one changing area with only two lockers. The MRI itself, let me tell you, You’d expect in 2026 for this machine to be noise free (it was so damn loud) and the headphones that they give you with the music, you don’t need them because you can’t hear the music. I wanted to take the time to give a HUGE shout out to one of your staff members at LV Radiology, Maryland Parkway location. Theresa, radiology technician, went over & above during my MRI to provide a wonderfully personal yet professional atmosphere. Heck she even called me prior to my appointment to let me know the office was cold, “so wear the proper clothing” I was so impressed with her kind and caring demeanor while still attending to the task efficiently. I recommend that you consider other options to ensure a more efficient and pleasant experience. The lack of organization and unprofessional behavior of the staff at this location is disappointing.
