The moment my tires touched the parking lot I instantly regretted coming here. The parking lot is full of bum tents. I saw maybe 3 cars parked in the lot. I was so scared to park there I ended up parking at the next door in the neighboring plaza lot. That was strike one. Then strike two, was when none of the staff greeted me when I entered. My wife went here for several months very rude. Last visit they said she tested negative for her medication funny due to I give them to her. They stated they are sending to outside lab ( urine) this was a Friday. On following tues we stopped by to get results only to be told it was never sent . The cancelled her appointment without informing her due to she confronted the practitioner my wife waited a minimum of 4 hrs each visit due to no practitioner The Dr Retired and this place is horrible and filthy go at your own risk yo... read more
Do not waste your time going to this place! These are the most unprofessional and unhelpful people I have ever had to deal with in my life, and I'm not even exaggerating. The place is filthy and the building is rundown and smells like a dumpster. There was a man smoking smoking a crack pipe right behind the building in broad daylight when I left walking to my Truck. I have no idea how this place is legally allowed to be operating. But they will definitely be getting reported.
THIS ONLY RECENT REVIEW/ 70 yr. old disable Vet./ MANAGER LIES! Took 4+ hours! Can I get my meds now? Doc. Said yes, DOC. LIED TOO! My car got cracked windows in there parking lot. YOU BEEN WARNED!
Very odd setup, parking very unusual! A bit difficult to finally realize the parking structure is actually for pain ctrl. Came in very sick,..migraine, vomiting, they were very quick and efficient, everyone was helpful and concerned..glad I made the trip!
