We scheduled an appointment for my husband and it was made quickly. The office staff was wonderful and kind and professional, and the medical staff was amazing. They took great care to make sure that all of our questions were answered and our needs were met. We did not feel rushed in and out as can happen in some situations in medical offices. This was my first time seeing a neurologist, and I was dreading it. But this place is awesome! The entire staff and Dr. Jay made me feel so comfortable. I'm usually not someone who feels at ease talking to doctors, but I felt heard and respected. They were incredibly thorough and efficient. I had my first test scheduled within a week, and my second one was scheduled the same day I completed the first. If you're reading these reviews, I highly recommend you call them. The test was administered with kindness and the outcome was explained. Wasn’t rushed. Thanks to Dr. Balsiger and Staff. They do a great job managing my neurological needs.
Dr Balsiger was very thorough and explained what tests would be needed answered all of my questions.
