Staff was friendly and informative! The physician was wonderful!
My appointment was for 10am. I walked in at 9:30 used the kiosk to check in and took a seat. I waited two hours and ask the front desk how much longer she did she didn’t know. Asked a second time she said she couldn’t find the doctor or the nurse assistant they must be in the room with a patient. Asked again to another front desk lady and she said she doesn’t know how long the wait is there’s still two patients ahead of me. If you value your time do not go to this office. He was very easy to talk to and he thanked me for being so joyful.
First off, this is a beyond greedy practice who only cares about numbers of patients coming in and nothing else. You'll b treated similar to hundreds of luggages on a conveyor belt!. You are there to see AND get treated by a SPECIALIST DR. for your serious medical conditions YET you will ONLY see the nurses, techs and medical assistants! Their inexperience and lack of knowledge will have them order DOZENS of unnecessary tests.
