IF it were possible to post negative stars,, believe me i would. Some of the rudest telephone procedure i have ever been on the receiving end of.. Almost 3 weeks to get a prescription that every single person who was involved said "It fell thru the cracks". Now, i have tried for 7 days and 8 phone calls to get a follow-up appointment. I wait in the queue while calls count down and when I am next, call goes to voice mail every single time and NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. I have been a patient of Dr. Mahajan over 3 years. Though, he is extremely busy, he still listens and has been a good medical doctor. I had severe migraines for years and no longer suffer as I did.
