Referral sent and acknowledged by 2 office employee that referral was received by their office. . Day before my appointment I got call from Anthony at Las Vegas Neurology center saying he CANCELLED my appointment because referral was not received. My referral department sent referral TO THEIR OFFICE TWICE as well as faxed it to them. I was a patient at the facility on Professional Court in Las Vegas NV and due to the office staff's unprofessionalism my complaints will now be sent and for the record, I am know longer a patient! You prefer to keep a lousy staff, then so be it. I am in my rights to request for my medical records. If you judge the doctors by the staff people would never go there. That said I am not sure at this point if the doctors are any better as they apparently accept this type of situation to exist. Getting ahold of anyone at this place is impossible. Calls never returned, emails never answered and this has been going on for months - this is how patients are treated let alone anyone who has never been seen. They are wannabe Drs and NP! They have no education in moderate-severe TBI and they will only prescribe antidepressants, antipsychotic medications. This is what you have to deal with if you are a SSI/Disabled/Medicaid patient. They should be shutdown imo.

Run! Nurses are rude; there a dozen of them and they don’t answer the phones. The nurse practitioner continues to make mistakes and doesn’t accept the responsibility. The entitled attitudes are ridiculous. Please weigh your options before becoming a patient here.

Dr Mahajan takes his time to listen to your concerns and issues. He answers until he knows your comfortable. He made it a very friendly environment.

Went to my appointment. Dr Rivaz not an ounce of empathy for my condition. Which she doesn't know what it is and didn't ask. But wants to treat my migraine with botox. Mind you I'm (MCS). Told her i had this migraine for 3 weeks. She gave me samples of a powder you mix with water. Which made me throw up. Mean while she had this smirk on her face the whole time. Now on my 4th with a migraine, and nothing to take for it. My dogs get better treatment at their vet. Lord please help me.
