I see one of the heart specialists here who I really like and trust but I am OVER the lack of phone response when calling. It is very clear talking to patients is NOT their priority unless the patients are in front of their face and can't be ignored. 9 times out of 10 when you call for refills or appointments they DO NOT answer the phone, and you have to listen to this offensive lecturey message that you better not leave more than one voicemail or they will be sure to make you wait 3 times as long for a response etc. WELL IF... read more
