What a disappointment this time around. Not sure if Val is new but experience was not good, perhaps lack of experience. I kept telling her I had superior vision but she kept saying vsp and your out of network. This place along with Visionworks is listed in my network. She said she looked me up and I was not listed. I told her to call the provider number, she would t have if I didn’t insist. I called myself and confirmed in network and coverage. Anyhow, I went to the visionworks on windmill. Dr. Girma Yemane was very informative and efficient with his eye exam. I got my prescription and I was able to get my glasses next door! I really enjoyed my experience. Highly recommend!
