I’m beyond frustrated with this methadone clinic. The staff lacks proper training and professionalism; one even picked a fight with me over a mix-up, accusing me of dodging rules when I was following another staff member’s instructions! Indeed, yes, of course they don't respond to the One star reviews. No! Why would they wanna see whats wrong and what the deal is with care and professionalism about a persons well being. Well done LV comp. Even if one persons is overlooked that's not good.
Look let's be honest first coming in can be hard and scary to do but the clinic staff and counselers will do everything they can to help you get better but you also have to want it. The front desk staff is great, the doseing nurses are kind and knowledgeable. And the Nurse or doctor who helps you get to your dose is amazing and really wants you to get to an amount that can help you. LVCTC is a great place to get help if you need & want it. The staff is friendly and most of the nurses & counselors are caring. They also have numerous groups each day to help you through. I LOVE my counselor & have grown tremendously since I started here. If you're interested & serious about getting help with your addiction, LVCTC is definitely the place to go!
