I had been going to him for 7 months and I've never felt such disappointment with a doctor. I had been diagnosed with POTs. It can be extremely disabling for me. When I would see him, I could tell he didn't care about me or doing any research because a lot people struggle to grasp it first time. If you think seeing a neuromuscular doctor is hopeful.... good luck with this one. This doctor was given many opportunities to help. Would NOT recommend Dr. J McKinnon. He showed signs of being a very cookie cutter doctor, if your symptoms didn't fall into his cookie cutter span of knowledge and thought process, he disregarded anything you said that he couldnt accept. Really liked the office staff and Dr. McKinnon. There was a wait but there seems to be no matter where you go and he spent a lot of time with me as well.

I see the mixed reviews and wanted to share my experience. My visit with Dr. Johnathan Mckinnan was unrushed, and I felt he took the time to truly listen and explain his treatment plan. I was impressed by his bedside manor and believe he is a smart doctor. The MA was extremely kind and caring. I was originally referred to this practice by a former employee, so I was surprised to see the negative reviews. I found the staff and billing department to be exceptional. I am beyond depressed. Dr. Jonathan McKinnon was my neurologist for about 3 years. His wife was my Rheumatologist. I suffer with chronic debilitating migraines and chronic nerve pain in my eyes due to an autoimmune disease. Dr. Naya McKinnon had me see her husband to take care of my chronic migraines.
