Terrible management, who in their right minds directs landscape maintenance at 7am to wake up the whole neighborhood! What a joke

We purchased a brand new Century home (Grandview) about 4-years ago and the kitchen sink separated from the countertop and cabinet two days ago; it literally fell down into the cabinet!!! This revealed that the sink was not installed nor secured properly. It was glued in place! What type of builder does this? To have the situation corrected it will cost $2700 for a new sink, install, and plumbing. Think twice before buying a home from Century.

For the past year we have sent warranty claims in to get our flooring fixed (Not installed correctly on a new house) and they have been giving us the runaround and now the "Warranty has expired." Very unsatisfied with their company.
