One of the beat gyms I have been a part of. Clean, top notch equipment, excellent programming that caterers to my needs all with knowledgeable patient trainers. Highly Recommended.
I love this place so much! They love what they do and the vision is on point. The coach is super Knowledgeable and takes the time to ask you your goals so they can structure a plan for whatever you wanna do, like increase your vertical jump!! I love the whole community and how you can work around your schedule and outside plans. I do hybrid training, calisthenics and weightlifting and this is perfect for me.
If you are looking to improve strength and technique in Olympic Weightlifting, this gym is the best you’ll find anywhere. The coaches are amazing, the space is huge, and the equipment is top notch. LVBB and their team are amazing! From the first time I stepped into their facility, I could feel the staff’s passion for Olympic lifting and bettering their athletes. LVB is great! My 11 year old and i have been going for 5 months now. I had no prior experience with the olympic lifts, but wanted a sport my youngest son and i could do together. From the first session I was immediately impressed with Couch Lourence’s attention and clear explanations, and he is great with my quiet 11 year old.
