I love LVAC, however, I do not love this location. If it wasn’t the perfect spot to hit on work days there’s not a chance I would come back here. This location is dirty and not once have I ever seen any staff cleaning, the saunas are down a majority of the time, the paper towels and soap are rarely ever stocked. The wet begs that are provided to put bathing suits and wet clothes in are well, never ever stocked actually. Not once since I have been coming here the past couple months has there been any. I stopped by LVAC for a workout after taking a break from Life Time, and I had such a good experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful — Anthony helped me out and gave me some of the best customer service I’ve had at any gym. Everything was quick and easy. The vibe during my workout was great — people were respectful, and the whole place had a really good energy. Honestly, I’m planning to join soon and for a fraction of what I used to pay at Life Time.
Will not recommend this place!
