Horrible customer service. You’re required to make an appointment for the playroom, but when you show up, they say there’s no record of it and refuse entry. Extremely frustrating and disorganized.

This review is about David, one of the associates that helped me and my family with signing up while we were in town for a short period. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. He helped us get the most for what we needed. The gym itself, while yes, it is very crowded. I went mostly mid day on weekdays between 9a-12p and always found a tread, free weights, a bench or matt, and a space to do my workouts. Would gladly come back when we are back. Thanks again David!

Compared to other gyms I’ve been to this gym is very dirty it sucks because this is so close to my place. I can only imagine how many germs are here . Carpet in stretching area needs replacing.

Have been a member since 2000. Had a Karen experience recently in the sauna, was very interesting. Other than that great place, forgot my towel and asked the front for a towel they obliged with no problem. I returned the towel and thanked them.
