I had insurance ON FILE with them. Checked in at 2:30 for my 2:45 appt. I have a secondary insurance but did not have my card and my room mate was going home to text it to me. In the meantime they set my file aside and called back about 10 patients who had checked in AFTER ME. So I went up to ask, she said I’d be next and now TWO MORE patients were called in before me. RUDE and un acceptable. Never coming back. I’ve been here an hour and 15 minutes to just be told” hold on” .
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT'S BEST FOR YOU AT ALL. THE LADY AT THE FRONT IS 99.9% WHY THEY'RE GOING TOO GO UNDER SOON. IT'S CALLED COSTUMER SERVICE. THEY ARE RUDE AND DO NOT EVEN TRY TOO MAKE WHAT SHOULD BE A SPECIAL TIME BETTER. AGAIN STAY AWAY!!!!! TRUST ME.
