Recommendedexcellent team. came to do a Sadies guard dog protection. and find out our compressor went. just bought the home 2 months ago. ac unit 5 yrs old. Alexander carro was amazing he was very easy to talk to and helped us with Steve Lewis to get our new system. within 2 hrs after Alexander left. the team (Jesus escalera, jose hernandez , gyasi ozaki, Micheal luzader) installed the unit in no time. ( under 4 hrs) thank you so much such an amazing company.
We spent $15,000 on a new a/c heating unit 2 years ago with this company. After that kind of investment you would think they would give us great customer service. Unfortunately that is not the case. We have had 4 separate occasions where we've booked appointment windows for service, only to have them call every single time to re-schedule. They even went as far as to try to blame us for the missed appointments. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their equipment is no better than anyone else's and their customer service is HORRIBLE.
lying pieces of trash. even after buying a brand new system, the more expensive of the two options and not declining any offered option, I get up sold a few months later with a piece of hardware my system needs. what a bunch of lying pieces of trash. tell me goettl. in your ads you tout "doing it right the first time". how, exactly, does this upsell just a few months later reconcile with that tag line?
We were quoted $2000 to change out a water heater. When we laughed in shock and said no thanks, they dropped the price $500. If they wanted to charge someone that much right off the bat and then be willing to drop $500, not too impressed with their integrity.
Today I was harassed by Goettl employees in work trucks and in full uniforms while dropping my daughter off at work....which happens to share a parking lot to a abortion clinic. We were minding our own business and had nothing to do with the clinic when they sent a child about 2 to give us a pamphlet....Poor kid was forced to walk up to strangers!!! I will never use this company !!! You stick to what you do and stop judging others and forcing children to do things they have no clue about!!! Makes me sick!!!
This company is full of people who tell you one thing but do not do it. LIARS LIARS LIARS .They salesman said they would install new power supply ,as mine is 50 year old copper/aluminum Clad. LIARS LIARS LIARS. I called about that , they said they would get back to me. LIARS LIARS LIARS.Never called back. they said they would be back every 6 months for a performance check and for warranty.LIARS LIARS LIARS.It''s been over 9 months ,never heard from them. They won't come out to Sandy Valley & we ended up calling another company that had to replace our entire unit. Such a shame.
