Bertha was a problem. She doesn’t listen to your request and does whatever she wants in the end. She is very defensive when told that she isn’t doing what was requested. When leaving, I turned back to say goodbye but she was asking her coworker if I left a tip. I said not this time and I told her there won’t be a next time.
Had a really good experience here with Willie. He does a great job. I get a cut from him every 2 weeks.
