I had the opportunity to try Las Rosas Colombian Cuisine and was really impressed. The steak, empanadas, and chimichurri were all excellent, fresh, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The empanadas especially stood out. Beyond the food, they were friendly, welcoming, and created a great overall experience. It’s always great to see a local business taking pride in what they do. Highly recommend checking them out.

I have eaten Columbian Cuisine a few times with some of my friends and they always said that what we were eating was nothing like the real food and we'd have to go to Columbia to get the real good stuff. Then one of the girls mentioned this new place and said THIS was IT. Oh. My. GOODNESS!!! I finally get it! Las Rosas is an absolute gem! The food is beyond delicious. The beef skewers are so tender and bursting with flavor, and the chicken wings are cooked to perfection. I especially loved the mini whole potatoes, they’re seasoned perfectly and such a tasty surprise alongside the meal. And the salsa? I wish I could buy a jar to keep at home, it’s THAT good! Exciting to have delicious Colombian food served out of Catapult! The beef skewer was delicious and Cynthia the owner is lovely.
