Never heard of this place. Have no idea how it got on my FB page. Can’t get rid of it.
They could get rid of the manager. She won't evict some of the people that have more then 1 family living in those apartments. She also favors some of the tenants there and won't do anything about them and they are trouble makers. She's not strick at all.

Needs better maintenance and less inspection and more of a proper notice when it comes to owner inspections. The maintenance worker just walks around and doesn't do any orders until 1 month in advance after putting one in. And he just sits there and talk all day to tenants and sometimes go inside tenants homes which I assume buddies or people of interest to him. They are biased to certain tenants and those they favor let them break rules but other they punish are their own rules. The owners are Wellsfargo and that should exp... read more
hardly no manager around or in the office . they don't delete messages so new ones can be left. they hardly send people to fix things and when they do it takes them a long time to do so. poorly ran establishment. they're more concerned about the outer exterior and keeping it up then pertaining to the inside of the units. no corporate numbers to contact and an email address that is worthless. too many people selling drugs here and violence
