Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Staff was kind and helpful, even getting us checked in early. Breakfast was great, personally the breakfast tacos were my favorite. Close to downtown, Santa Fe railyard, and great restaurants. The rooms are all unique. Ours was comfy and charming, very clean with convenient amenities. Would definitely stay again. Props to the good managers who keep a happy and helpful crew!
Customer service was great! We accidentally left articles of clothing and they still had them weeks later and were able to send them back to us. It took a bit to figure out which items because they weren’t organized by rooms, however, in thankful that they were returned to us. We loved the feel of the room and courtyard where we had coffee outside in the mornings. Great spot, very friendly with a great breakfast. Greeted with a very welcome lemon ice - lovely apartment, maybe a little tired but everything clean and straightforward
I do not understand why this hotel receives such great reviews. Disappointed does not even begin to describe the filthy, dilapidated room that we were assigned ( the Igor) that looked absolutely nothing like the picturesque hotel in the website photos. Historic is not the appropriate term to describe this property, as that is not an excuse for a guest room with paint peeling and chipping off the walls, black mold growing in the shower, and water leaking from inside the closet.
