I had 7 am appointments and was seen with less than 10 minutes wait each time. Nurse provided excellent care and full explanation of status and what was to be done at home. Only about 15 minutes wait for MD. Wound healed after 3 weeks!
I see these negatives reviews and I had the opposite experience. My first initial visit started on time, was greeted by the front desk in a professional and caring manner. As I finished filling up the initial paperwork, I was admitted right away. The nurse (forgot her name -she was FANTASTIC), did the initial review, explain to me everything that she was doing and what she was seeing.
