My mother of 85 years fell and fractured her hip. She was admitted there, in terrible pain, and had difficulty moving. It took me going to the Nursing director and file a complaint because I could not get them to move her off her back and she developed a decubitus. 3 days in a nurse was pulling my mother out of bed by her prosthetic arm to get her to a wheelchair. This place is horrible. Use only if last option. Surgery is totally worth it. The care they offer is horrible!! No follow up care. The doctor doesn’t show up to appointments. If your not strong enough to advocate for yourself. Pick another doctor.

This facility did nothing to help my dad. The nurses were never there and when we requested the nurse come to give us an update on my dad's therapy, an assistant would come but no one ever knew anything and would say we'll go find out but they would never come back. This place is terrible. I don't recommend anyone send their loved one there and if you do I suggest you stay with them to watch them 24/7 otherwise they won't be taken care of!

Fantastic facility with fantastic staff. Thanks to your guidance, your encouragement, your patient and all your support I was able to walk again and go back to my normal life. It's been about a year and a half and I'm back at work and loving life. Thank you all so much!

Brought my 92yr old mother for dizzy spells, we have been here for 4 hrs still have not seen a doctor ,can't believe it crapy service

I'm a perso who has bad health overall ,the last 8 months I have gone to ER about 10 times ,thinking this time I'll get good treatment, adding to the bad experience with out any test was given insulin and sent home ,I would than go to UMC since I still felt very sick ,9 of those times was admitted to the other hospital for up to 7 days ,my conditions have been life threatening, and del sol just wanted to get patients on there way one star rating is to much ,nurses are great persons Doctors make believe there gods
