This place LAS PALMAS CONDO is Horrible. I'm a professional. I'm very quiet and stay to myself. My sister came for a family funeral -arrived late at night. At the time no visitors parking were marked. We woke up the next morning and her car had been towed. By the time we got things worked out and returned with her car, they had LITTERALLY "just painted" the visitor signs. There ws NO WARNING NOTE to not park there, or to go get a visitor pass- which I didn't know was needed - NO NOTE ON CAR - just towed! $250! Can you imagin... read more
this place is a joke. Walls are paper thin. Plumbing is horrific(cracking gurgling sounds from other condos) Security is the property manager. Placing hard to remove parking stickers on cars that do not have the proper passes on cars in the midddle of the night. Cameras are on property But mostly at the managers residence. Therefore the rest of us are on our own in protecting our property. Sliding glass doors are soo heavy, they make alot of noise. The front doors to the condos have a very hard slam.
