The Las Palapas on Tezel is awesome. The food is prepared professionally and taste great.
Always skimps on salsa. Ordered 6 tacos and they only gave me 3 tiny half filled salsa containers. And then I asked for more salsa and he rolled his eyes and gave me 2 more little containers... �
The service here is nonexistent. Our party came in for lunch on a not so busy Tuesday this week. Restaurant was seated at around 20% capacity. We sat in our booth in bustling section for 15 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged by anyone in spite of there being an over abundance of staff. Went across the way to La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant and were immediately greeted, served a delightful lunch, and treated like people. Go figure. I recommend you eat there instead.

The Las Palapas on timberhill by the HEB, really pisses me off, they never get my order right! Ive been coming here for months. I always ask for my chicken tacos to be drained and I still always get back soggy ass tacos. I'm finally going to rate them a zero. It sucks when you pay for food and it's not done correctly, especially when you explain in detail how you would like your food to be prepared. Get It together.
When I go to San Antonio I always get to go for Breakfast or Lunch. Delicious Mexican food! Not expensive either!On of our favorite places to eat.
Like i said, i liked it, food is good. Excellent service.
