The food is great just like their prices. The service has always been great.
The Las Palapas on Tezel is a real joke! They advertise Happy Hour. They serve you a frozen margarita in a child’s glass because they never have any margarita glasses. They serve you warm beer in a warm glass. Tried this place twice and twice they’ve failed! No thanks!
I did not receive my taco order correctly . I’m calling the number listed but the phone just keeps ringing to correct the situation.
The service took a long long time and the food was cold ��
Just left the tezel location. Waitress was quick but after 20 min she came and told us another waitress was arguing with her and that our order was to be placed last intentionally by the cook. After waiting 10 more min decided to leave and magically our order came and yes we got burned taco shells. Spoke with manager about the issue but rather than listen said nothing like that happens because he was back there. Sure.... So we left and are now at the Alamo ranch location which is more professionally run. Never will go back.
Best food ever!!! The nacho chips are so nice and crispy specially at the one on 410 and Evers and the waitresses are so friendly and the bathroom was pretty clean so overall I'm very pleased and will return especially for some tortilla soup
I just got the worst service ever. Normally the service has been pretty good, but tonight they asked us five times if we ordered nachos. Then they made us repeat our order several times and every time we repeated it they read it back to us incorrectly. We got home, and no salsa in the bag. That was the last straw.
