we waited 10 minutes before getting any service and then they took someone else's order before us. definitely not going back

Food is gross! Need to change the name because it will never compare to the one on Evers!!! tried it three times and I will never ever go back! The food was cold and raw!
Not sure how this location is allowed to use the name "Las Palapas" its gross. It feels grimy inside, the staff is awkward and food taste like its old. I refuse this one at all cost.
Worst food ever! Chicken was so overcooked it was dark and dry. Rice was hard and beans tasted like they were mixed with water. Never again!
