UPDATE: I appreciate the follow-up, so I moved my review up a star. Still, anything you could do to improve consistency would be a plus. --------- The food is good, but the service is inconsistent. Today I tried to call in an order that I’ve placed a half dozen times before. First, the young woman on the phone asked if I wanted my usual steak burrito order.
