I would not recommend this roofing service to anyone. Not only were their prices through the roof, but the customer service was downright appalling. When I questioned the high cost, the representative was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting like I should be grateful they even showed up. Save yourself the headache and find a company that values its customers!
I had broken roof tiles and also some areas of wood rot on my roof. A friend recommended them so I called them up. Bobby promptly called me back and I was able to send him a few pictures of my issues. He scheduled to come out the next day and since I was working he went and checked the entire roof and sent me pics of the areas that needed repairs.
