My wife and I lived at Las Norias for about a year and we really enjoyed it. You have parks, restaurants, fitness centers and places to go grocery shopping near by. For the most part the apartments are quiet. Never had any issues with neighbors or porch pirates. If you’re on the second floor you’ll have high ceilings, which is always nice. They are bit out dated on the inside. We had some mishaps with the heater during winter. Heater was not heating for about 2 weeks. But nonetheless ac worked fine year round. I lived at Las Norias very briefly when I first moved to El Paso. Initially, everything seemed fine. Rocio (the manager) and Lorenzo (the maintenance employee) were both warm and welcoming. However, I believe I got very unlucky 😕 with one of my neighbors who lived in the unit right behind me. He kept bumping up his music 🎶 (which completely made my walls vibrate, especially the walls in the kitchen), and forced me to listen to it, especially into the evening when the leasing office had already closed.
