love the food and the service! – my parents eat there frequently, and i go there pretty often too. i love the food there. they have spicy dishes or mild dishes, and even vegetarian dishes! the prices are reasonable, and the people are kind and are hard workers. las margaritas is great!!
The best food, customer service, the best everything!! – I love Las Margaritas! It is my favorite place to go and eat. I am a local and I go there all the time. Not only do all my friends go there they do have the best mexican food in town. Just give it a try and you'll see. My favorite dish is the Number 12 combination. It comes with (2) enchilidas, (1) chili relleno and rice and beans for less that $7.00. Wow. And it is so good. I do eat other items such as the fajiates and quesdillas which are also very very tasty. I have... read more
Friendly and fast with an excellent salsa bar – This location has been around for quite a while, and the reasons are several: the service is exceptionally friendly, the food is consistently good, and there are local regulars in the restaurant at all times. But what makes this restaurant different from similar tex-mex places is the salsa bar, including a number of varieties of different levels of spiciness, along with sliced jalapenos for those of us who like to add an additional kick. Prices are typically reasonable, if a bi... read more
The main attraction: The ever refreshing and potent Mexican cocktail. – In Short Meals start with a heaping basket of tortillas, but from there on out, it's a completely different experience from any other Mexican restaurant in the area. Expect to make the hard choice between flounder cooked in a spicy cajun sauce, or chicken in sour cream. There's steak tossed with steaming cilantro and onions, and the ubiquitous mole sauce. All entrees are made to order, and they taste like it.
The service here is good - the employees are really nice. The food I've found is about the same as generic Mexican places around... maybe a little fancier. The menu choices do vary from the normal places which is a good thing. Not alot of vegetarian choices, but itseems they can replace meat with beans or cheesy spinach no problem. Not bad at all.
My favorite Mexican – SO much better than others in the Triangle We always bring our 16 month old and he loves it- the waitstaff is so friendly- always tap my son on the head hello and give him a balloon and speak to him in Spanish The food is always fabulous. We go there at least once a week and I've never left less than completely satisfied.
Best Mexican Food in North Carolina – I'm originally from Southern California, I know authentic Mexican food and this is the place to get the real thing. Las Margaritas has the best and freshest cheese sauce, enchilada sauce, picante and a whole cart of serve-yourself salsas to try. The owners are some of the friendliest folk you'll meet and will do everything to make your dining experience something youll want to repeat again and again.
