Lived here for less than 2 years. Wish I could give a higher rating . Unfortunately, Yvette the general manager on site is very unprofessional , dishonest and rude. She will charge for “carpet replacements” EVERY TIME you transfer or move out and also get the corporate manager, Adam, to side with her to put extra money in their pockets. When asked for proof they did not provide until a week later with “new pictures of damage added”. So be prepared to pay AT LEAST $1,000 when moving out! I have lived here for a few years now & have had a good experience. front office staff is friendly and attentive, maintenance responds fairly quickly to apartment needs, amenities are well kept, & overall, it feels safe. The only complaint I have is that the apartment complex is too pretty to be covered in dog poop! There are a ton of dogs on the property and residents seem to care very little to pick up after pets. Originally when I moved in it was rough & was not move in ready as stated when I got my keys, the leasing agent at the time was not very helpful (random damages throughout unit - water not turned on - appliances not turned on) but it quickly & pleasantly turned around. Maintenance is always super helpful & friendly, as well as Yvette who has helped me numerous times with literally anything you can think of that comes up.
