We’ve been here for about 6 months and we’re so happy. The pool is beautiful, maintenance is always helpful and doesn’t take long to fix orders. We love our apartment and the complex itself. Never have issues with packages as there lock boxes the office and mailboxes to receive. We cannot hear our nights next to us. Unless you live above a garage belonging to someone else, we used to have bad party neighbors but they are gone now. :)… security always came soon after we called. We’re over all happy to be here.
The apartment is okay. Good appliances. But Jesus Christ the parking is the worst. I mean this apartment complex can't accommodate parking for the people they have living here... It's ridiculous. I'm looking to get out of here asap

My personal move in experience! The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress free from start to finish. The apartment was near spotless and move in ready, and any questions I had were answered quickly. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and feels very safe and comfortable. I’m really happy with my decision to move here and would highly recommend Las Mañanitas Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live!
The maintenance staff is extremely fast. And Justine is top notch professional and personable, and makes every interaction helpful and friendly. Mrs. Justine deserves accolades for being such a priceless and invaluable altruistic employee.
