I was just visiting, but the place was kept up well
My personal move in experience! The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress free from start to finish. The apartment was near spotless and move in ready, and any questions I had were answered quickly. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and feels very safe and comfortable. I’m really happy with my decision to move here and would highly recommend Las Mañanitas Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live!
The maintenance staff is extremely fast. And Justine is top notch professional and personable, and makes every interaction helpful and friendly. Mrs. Justine deserves accolades for being such a priceless and invaluable altruistic employee.
From trying to schedule a “self guided” tour (they don’t exist) to talking to someone on the phone that said “2:30 is perfect!” to arriving and being told there are no 2 or 3 bedrooms to tour and none will be available by JULY (it’s April), I drove thirty minutes for nothing. The girl was so unbelievably rude. I was in shock so all I could think to say was, “I just wanted to make sure you heard me.
