I lived at Terra at Bostonia with my family for about two years. Overall, while there were some minor issues, it was a good place to live. The neighbors were very nice people, and the atmosphere was friendly. I want to especially mention the former manager, Edmundo Alba. He was a great professional and a very good person; he kept everything in order and under control while he was here. It’s a shame he is no longer with the property. I lived at Terra at Bostonia in El Cajon for about two years. During my tenancy, many maintenance issues in the apartment were never properly addressed. Communication with management was often slow or unhelpful. After moving out on January 27, my security deposit still has not been returned. Under California law, landlords must return the deposit or provide an itemized statement within 21 days. That deadline has already passed. Came for a tour today. Not only was the office closed, the number listed only answered to ignore me and let me say hello repeatedly while they breathed heavily into the receive. Did it twice, then screened my call. Don’t bother coming here or thinking of renting here.
