I lived at Las Flores for 4 years. The managers were really nice, accommodating, and available. The property was meticulously maintained and the neighborhood is substantially better than any other neighborhood by comparison. it was as nice or better than advertised. The apartment was given to me in very good shape. My air conditioner broke in the middle of the summer, although it was repaired right away, the managers gave me a portable air conditioner on wheels to use until it was repaired. RENTER BEWARE! I lived here for three years. The apartments were decent other than the managers. I certainly would not call this place luxury. Our apartment was cheap laminate flooring and laminate countertop, with short 1” base moldings and water stained and warped cabinets. The dishwasher was about 15 years old and broken when we moved in, it took two months for the manager to replace it.
