I give 4 stars because the doctors are the best. Yes, they have way more patients than be taken care of in a short manner of time but they are very thorough. They give better care than most of what happens in this area. I just wish the staff were as good in the offices you have to be in touch with to do anything were as good as they are in Alamogordo.The number you call to do anything usually goes anywhere from El Paso to Albequeque to Las Cruces! This clinic is by far the worst medical facility I've ever experienced during thirty years of working with real doctors to control my pain from multiple implant surgeries. They advocate unnecessary procedures, put a patient in pain as a power trip, and demand patients take treaments so it will look good to the insurance companies. I honestly donot know how else I can expess my extreme frustration and disatisfaction with the PMC except to give one star and write a review of my negative experience. While I'm sure the majority of the medical staff, office staff, etc are professionals and do their jobs efficiently and proudly.. However, my experience since switching to mail delivery has been a nightmare every month. I have to make repeated calls to the PMC due to the failures of whoever is responsible to get my escripts correctly sent over to my mail deli... read more
