They never tell you that you are responsible for getting the results from community care appointments to them. I called the community care line and they were incredibly rude. I then called the healthevet line and they told me I had to get my own results and fill out an information release form even though my VA doctor (that in not a doctor) ordered the tests. That is BS. There are exams that were done alm
Very poor telehone anawering system Too long a wait!!
This place is literally useless. The communication between them and El Paso is disconnected and annoying for patients who have to deal with it. I’ve had so many missed appointments wasted because they fail to inform you it’s in El Paso, and the CBOC can’t even accommodate you, even though you’ve been waiting for months for the appointment to address medical concerns.
