I was dismissed and ignored. They said they would give me 2 Xanax and wait how I feel in a half hour and then immediately did the procedure. I was extremely upset after and Dr Franklin from agape pain management came in and said she understands I wanted 3 Xanax instead of 2 as if I'm seeking drugs. But they said they'll send the 3rd one that was prescribed home for "a rainy day". Sounds like malpractice to me. I JUST WANTED THEM TO WAIT UNTIL IT KICKED IN!!!!! HORRIBLE CARE! Disgraceful.
Great place very professional and courteous ...but someone needs to work in schedules and appointments I was told to come in at 730 and my appointment wasn't till 9:30 and I called the day before to check time
I had a procedure done yesterday at Las Cruces Surgical Center. Everyone was extremely professional and very kind. I could not have been more pleased.
Everyone done great job. Nurses gave great care. They truly care for you.
