Place is terrible. Avoid. They will intentionally withhold information to get your money then tell you too bad. Hope they enjoy my $$. While I still don’t have a functional key. But for another $120 they will sell me one that will work. I bet. Just find a different locksmith and avoid the complete lack of customer service.

I called the business at 11:16. The man on the phone told me he would be on his way in 25 mins. I waited. At 12:18 he was still not here. So I called back. Was hung up on twice. finally spoke to someone in the office who said they would call me back. at 12:40 still nothing. So I call another locksmith who refused to come out due to the fact I had already called one other business. Poor service I will tell as many people as I can not to use this business. It's horrible they can treat customers this way with no regard at all.

Went to Las Cruces Locksmith a few days ago. Omar Jr was very helpful in helping me get out of a tight spot. I highly recommend them to anyone with locksmith needs!!!
