Unethical Billing Practices The billing practices if this hospital are unethical. avoid las colinas medical center for obgyn I would like to name this Las Colinas Medical Center as the C-Section hospital. I just had had an unnecessary c-section. For everyone, please avoid this hospital like the plague. I ignored the bad reviews and now regreted and going to be regreted for my entire life. They will do everything that generates largest possible bill. Do they care about your pain and sufferring - hell no!!
AR Wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Everyone was professional and helpful. Most important they were kind. Procedure went smooth and recovery was quick. Nurses and front office very friendly.

GH This was my second visit here having had an EGD a few years ago and both visits were excellent. The girl checking me in was very polite and professional and explained the paperwork I had to fill out and the copay was the exact amount she had quoted me when she called us two days before the procedure, so there were no financial surprises. I had filled out my clinical history on line and only had to wait about 5 minutes before the nurse came to get me. bad nurses and rude staff The lady at the front desk was very rude and very annoying. I will never return to this facility and I will recommend that anyone I know not have anything also. They also demanded that i pay 1/2 up front or they would cancel the procedure. They didnt tell me about the cost until I got there. Noone called me to talk to me about it. Confuse and Defraud The services were mostly competant, the personnel behind it all, absolutely not! Arrogant, uncooperative, and completely unprofessional. I'm investigating pursuit of a claim of fraud. They billed for something that was not done and have refused to provide any backup to their claim after several requests, and then turned it over to a collection agency. The unfortunate thing is that my OB/GYN, Cynthia Mace-Motta, is a co-owner in the facility and has done nothing to intervene. I had to drop her as my doctor... read more
