Definitivamente no les recomiendo este lugar aparte de que nunca te atiende el de Alfredo Ramírez las recepcionistas son unas groseras tube una muy mal experiencia no le recomiendo para nada son muy groseras
I will speak about the unprofessional staff members that I had a very unpleasant experience with. Front staff Lourdes and also Ana, who is the MA and lied and said she was the RN. Both were VERY unprofessional. To be hung up on and have the MA say to me: "You just want to complain about everything, you are very annoying." If this is how they spoke with me, I cannot imagine how they speak to their patients. I will be having my mother transfer care immediately!!!!!
Although I did not see Dr Ramirez, this review is for Tuan Duong PA-C who works at the same clinic under him. To preface this review, I have experience working in a primary care setting and was looking for a new PCP to care for myself. After having my first visit, I can say that I would be absolutely appalled if I provided medical care of his level to my own patients.
