DO NOT MOVE HERE!! They change mgmt companies constantly, and it's never an improvement.. Right now we are being billed for water bills from last year, it's a joke!!!! We will be paying "supposed" back water bills for the next 6 months.......RIDICULOUS!! They send out same emails 15 times, it's annoying as hell. They do not answer the phone when you call, EVER!!! UPDATE: After dealing with their unresponsive staff (Manager Mike) and waiting for a month I still havent heard back when asked about the status of my 600$ refund. Now will be suing them for fraud in small claims court to get my money back. GHETTO ALERT - STAY AWAY This is a review for the ghetto, unsanitary and dingy apartment unit 4263 at Las Colinas Heights.
