This is an outstanding complaint on BBB that has not been resolved as of 5/8/2023. At this time, Las Colinas is illegally holding a portion of my deposit. The check I received totals 1383.21. I have provided attachment of documents from my lease that show the actual amount of my deposit. (Attachment is currently in the BBB complaint) Deposit totals are 1733.50.
