Horrible - rude - from Their Architecture control committee to their front desk to their security patrol. We need get rid of this HOA - It is a joke to have 2 in Las Colinas. These folks do nothing for us , other than collect our money. They also NEVER return messages... their compliance people are always in the Field...what a joke... I wish we could get rid of them, they do nothing for us.
The Las Colinas Association is filled with people that care and want the best for the area. I can tell you firsthand being a property owner in the area these folks work hard to make the community better for both commercial and residential folks Over the past few years, they have put together some amazing improvements for the area that our building is in. This "HOA" will require your lawns to be explicitly homogeneous... which is ironic. I wonder how many Indian nationals are on this board who quite literally will never accelerated into MY SOCIETY. THIS IS TEXAS, and the war is coming.
