Fantastic security, LCA staff awesome
their customer service is extremely unfriendly, disrespectful, annoying. They threatened me with foreclosure and it's shocking. Property owner is paying taxes, paying monthly EMIs, and the owner has been threatened with foreclosure by these guys. Imagine the service !!!
First of all, we have been in this las colinas association since 2004. This year was the first year with a "new" guy name Raymond Ray. I felt like we are been discriminated and nitpick on little things. Example are we planted some annual summer flowers in front of our flower bed (which we do every year), and he said we need to submit permit for that. We removed two dead crape myrtle trees in front due to freezed weather and replaced with two small japaneses maples 15 years ago. Now, he said we also need to submit permit. I'm... read more
