new management has horrible communication and is rude. i would not recommend moving in here, got billed for a bill for April when I moved in on May, haven’t gotten refunded for it and concerns have been ignored.
Nice place for a fresh start new management, maintenance is good no complaints.
Worst apartments ever. They charge for valet trash which never gets picked up for pest control they never go for covered parking & randoms parked in your parking they charge. They just charge basically anything to take your money. My lease ended may 16 which I paid the rent on the 1st for those two weeks of may. I get a call saying ima be charged a prorated rent still for June mind you my lease already ended. Horrible pool service employee kicked me out when I was just laying down. I was minding my own business when an employee kicked me out saying I was causing a disturbance. WHAT!? A disturbance when I’m laying down?? Crazy employee service
