The overall experience was boring and rushed and it was more of like just keeping your head under the shower the whole time. All srub, massage etc were for just a few mins, and the face mask was also just a sheet mask nothing special about it, 150 for 2 also not worth ! Even if it's for 30 mins , if you put real efforts it's seen and felt. That feeling was missing. Maybe the girl who was doing mine was a newbie or filling in for somebody. This place exceeded my expectations! The personalized consultation with Sanwal, complete with a scalp and skin analysis, was both impressive and informative. Mavi gave one of the most relaxing head massages I've ever experienced. The calming ambiance, exceptional customer service, and noticeable results made this a truly memorable visit. Worth every penny and highly recommended!
